Chef Dave Riches was born in Ayrshire and raised in a family that valued traditional and tasty cooking. As a child, he developed a passion for cooking by watching, assisting, and learning alongside his mother. He studied hospitality management with a culinary arts focus and excelled above everyone else in his class. Chef Riches has worked in top restaurants throughout Scotland, building on his training and honing his craft.
